Merchandise may be returned to Swanson within 30 days, only with approval from our office. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require an invoice or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
A 15% restocking fee will be assessed to all overstock and non-damaged returns
For a refund, provide the following information:
- Invoice number
- Description of the damage/defect/missing items
- Your contact information and account number (if applicable)
- Photos of the damaged items and their packing materials sent to email@example.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within 3-5 business days.
If a product was damaged by shipping, we need photos of the damaged product and the box it came in before a credit can be issued. Please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

All returned merchandise must be in original pack quantities and resealable, with no added stickers.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
