Am I eligible for free freight?

If you are located east of Kansas and shipping via UPS Ground, with an order of $2,000 or more 100% free freight is available upon request! There are specific items that disqualify freight discounts and are listed here.

If you are west of Kansas (not including Kansas), and shipping via UPS Ground, with an order of $5,000 or more, 100% free freight is available upon request. The disqualifying items are listed here.

We use several companies for shipping.

    1. Our system defaults to UPS Ground.
    2. However, we can go with any shipping company you choose. We can ship using UPS, FedEx, USPS, or by truck freight. If the order is large enough that you need a lift gate, please let us know.
    3. If you have your own account with UPS or FedEx, we can set up your customer account to automatically charge shipping costs to it.

At the time of shipping, our team will email you an invoice pdf with the tracking number inside.

All orders will be shipped from our distribution center in Murfreesboro, TN within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. We do not ship on weekends and our shipping department works from 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM CST. Expedited and next-day shipping orders will be processed same day if received by 10:30 am CST.

We will be closed for the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Good Friday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

Please allow extra time around these holidays for orders to be processed and shipped.

Due to the quick processing time at our distribution center, we are unable to cancel or modify an order unless notified immediately after an order is placed.

Swanson Christian Products normally ships your orders within 48 hours (business days only) by utilizing the least expensive way: UPS, FEDEX, USPS, or Freight at your request.

The transportation company relieves Swanson Inc. of responsibility when the goods are picked up at our dock. What this means to you is that once the merchandise has been picked up by the carrier, Swanson Christian Products is no longer responsible for any damage that occurred during shipment.

In case of loss or damage in shipment it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier immediately, then contact Swanson’s Customer Service Department at (800) 251-1402 or by online ticket.

International Shipping

Swanson’s has many international customers to whom we ship goods regularly. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine the most efficient way for us to ship to them.
