Anointing Oil Variety Pack – 1 oz Glass Bottles – Pack of 3 (Frankincense & Myrrh, Rose of Sharon, Hyssop)

Description

This best-selling anointing oil variety pack includes three fragrances in one box: Frankincense & Myrrh, Rose of Sharon and Hyssop. You get one 1 oz glass bottle of each, packed in a window box that measures 4.125 inches long, 3.5 inches tall and 1.5 inches wide. It’s an easy way to try more than one scent before choosing a favorite, or to keep the right oil ready for prayer at home, at church or on a hospital visit.

Our team mixes each oil and fills every bottle by hand. Each bottle stands 3.25 inches tall and 1.25 inches across, so it fits in a bag, purse or glove box. The screw-on lid helps prevent leaks, and the thick glass holds up to travel. The clear window front shows all three bottles, so the set is ready to give without extra wrapping.

Each fragrance connects to a picture from Scripture. Frankincense and myrrh were among the gifts the Magi brought to the young Jesus in Matthew 2:11. Rose of Sharon comes from Song of Solomon 2:1. Hyssop was used for cleansing in the Old Testament, and David prays “purge me with hyssop” in Psalm 51:7.

Using and Gifting the Anointing Oil Variety Pack

Anointing with oil runs throughout the Bible. In Exodus 30:22-33, God gives Moses the recipe for a holy anointing oil set apart for the Tabernacle. In James 5:14-15, the elders of the church are told to pray over the sick and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. Today, pastors and prayer teams use this set on hospital and home visits, at house blessings and at dedications. It also makes a meaningful gift for a baptism, an ordination or Pastor Appreciation, and Christian gift shops and church bookstores stock it year round.
